Jordan Ranch has an amazing array of master-planned amenities! Jordan Ranch has an onsite director of fun that plans events and activities all year long. Jordan Ranch has a stunning resort-style pool that connects to a lazy river, interactive parks and playgrounds, walking trails throughout the community, and a fitness center. Also, at Jordan Ranch, there's an event lawn, tennis courts, and soccer fields. Unlike no other, Jordan Ranch has a community farm! Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear – A-Rated Schools
Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear, is one of my personal favorites. This community boasts over 45 miles of trails and 650 acres of lakes, parks, and open spaces, complemented by three neighborhood pools. Adventure Island Water Park features a resort-style pool, water slide, splash park, and more. Flewellen Creek Pool offers lap lanes and loungers, while Greenthread Park includes a pool, water slides, and recreational facilities. Additionally, there's a 6,500-square-foot fitness center with classes and personal training. The Italian Maid Café serves Italian-American cuisine, providing a delightful dining option on-site.
Elyson in Katy – B-Rated Schools
Elyson is set to be one of the premier master-planned communities in the Houston area. The amenities here include a beach entry swimming pool, splash park, fitness center, game room, parks, a playground, walking and biking trails, tennis courts, an event lawn where there's community events & movie nights, sports field. They also have an on-site restaurant, The Elyson Cafe, with amazing food & drinks.
Cane Island in Katy – A & B-Rated Schools
This community's amenities are top-notch, featuring a large resort-style pool with a children's splash park and private cabanas, alongside a lap pool. Residents can enjoy miles of trails, a fitness center, and a yoga & spin studio offering classes. The Lawn is also perfect for live music, movie nights, and fire pits, while Paper Back Park offers playgrounds and basketball courts. In addition, The Conservatory hosts events in a glass structure with a vertical garden. Plus, The Oaks Kitchen & Bar provides an impressive menu, extensive wine list, and handcrafted cocktails with great brunch and happy hour specials.
Sunterra in Katy – B-Rated Schools
Sunterra offers its residents an amazing array of master-planned amenities. Their world-class amenity is their Crystal Lagoons. Roughly the size of four NFL football fields, the expansive lagoon has white-sand beaches, turquoise blue waters, kayaking, swimming, and stand-up paddle boarding. Sunterra also has a beautiful expansive Amenity Village with a fun interactive clubhouse, sparkling lakes, parks, playgrounds, and a pool overlooking the lagoon.
Westland Ranch in League City – A & B-Rated Schools
Westland Ranch is located closer to the water, and combines the tranquility of suburban living with the convenience of proximity to waterfront activities, enhancing the lifestyle of its residents.
Woodforest in Montgomery – (Elem and Middle Schools are A-Rated. High School is currently C-Rated, but I think it was a fluke)
Woodforest in Montgomery is one of my favorites. The amenities here include miles of scenic trails, 2 stunning resort-style pools with water slides & surrounded by tall trees, tennis & basketball facilities, and 700 acres dedicated to parks, sports fields & open green spaces. Residents also have the option of joining Woodforest Golf Club and enjoying a 27-hole championship course designed by Steve Elkington.
Alexander Landing in Pearland – A & B-Rated Schools
Residents can enjoy a wide range of amenities such as an event lawn, park, fishing pond, pavilions, and lake, offering a peaceful retreat and a variety of outdoor activities for its residents.
Candela in Richmond – A-Rated Schools
Candela has amazing master-planned amenities!
