Hi friend! I wanted to update you on what have been the most popular and best neighborhoods in Spring, so far this year, in 2023. This list starts with the number-one-selling neighborhood Cypresswood, followed by the second highest-selling neighborhood The Woodlands Creekside Park, and goes on from there.
Each of these neighborhoods has something different to offer, and this list does not take into consideration school ratings. If you are curious about school ratings, these are updated each year by the TEA, you can learn what the top-rated schools are in Spring here.
