Northwest Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 19, serving the neighborhoods of Coventry, Shadow Creek, Augusta Pines and Augusta Creek, opened its new amenity on Jan. 31, a public park featuring a playground, splash pads, basketball and bocce courts as well as picnic tables and restrooms. The park is located on Augusta Pines Parkway East.
This brand new park has everything you could dream of! Basketball court, ping-pong tables, covered patio, a splash pad, and of course a playground. Minutes from Walmart, Trader Joe's, H-E-B, Kroger, Hobby Lobby, Grand Parkway Marketplace Shopping Center (Target, DSW, Ross, Ulta, Burlington, PetSmart, TJ Maxx, Carters, and Five Below), Academy, Olive Garden, BlueFin Sushi, Uncle Julio's and so much more. You could get some errands done and stop by the park to let your littles get some energy out, the perfect recipe for a great day!
Augusta Pines is already a great family neighborhood, and this additional park/recreational area just adds to that! The park is a public park, so don't worry about being a member of the community. Unless you would like to buy a home in Augusta Pines, then feel free to reach out to me lol. This park is close to my house so you might just run into me there!!!
People love this amazing master planned community for the highly-rated schools nearby, easy commute to just about anywhere, luxury custom homes, options for resale or new construction, great location, and wonderful community amenities.
