Here at Jo & Co., we love exploring all around the surrounding neighborhoods and today we are in Montgomery, TX. We hope as you keep reading you will find yourself wanting to explore Montgomery, TX more yourself.
Memory Park is a special project of the Rotary Club of Lake Conroe and a significant part of the community. You will find this park right behind the Charles B. Stewart Library. It has a trail that wraps around the pond where you are able to enjoy a peaceful walk listening to the water and nature around you. There are many benches placed around the park for times where you just want to sit and soak in your surroundings. Memory Park's name serves purpose as this park honors veterans which you are able to acknowledge throughout the park.
Throughout the trail you will come across different projects in itself such as a Shakespeare Garden, a rainwater harvesting project, a koi pond, butterfly garden and the Rainbow Bridge Garden. There is a Story Walk Project that lets children be involved as they read a page from a children's book at each station while they walk along the circle. One of the main attractions at Memory Park is Tatanka, a beloved buffalo that stands strong above a running waterfall and creek.
This is the perfect place to come, relax, reflect, read a book, eat some lunch and spend time with loved ones. We hope you are able to visit Memory Park in Montgomery, TX and enjoy the memories you make. Let us know in the comments or in our DM's on Instagram if you go! @jordanschilleci and @byjoandco.
