Here at Jo & Co., we love exploring all around our surrounding communities and today we are heading to Spring, TX! Bread Zeppelin is a new concept I was introduced to while walking in the doors. Located in City Place, you will definitely want to try this place next time you're around!
We all know what a salad is and we all know what a baguette is.. but do you know what a Zeppelin is? It's a salad inside a baguette! All the goodness and flavors of a crafted salad with the crunch of the outside of a baguette. You can create your own by choosing whatever you want, they mix it all up, take out the middle part of the baguette and stuff the salad inside. It's so crunchy and bursting with flavor for you to enjoy. They use freshly made baguettes from local bakery's and all the bread that is left over is used to make homemade croutons and bread pudding! Along with fresh bread on the daily, the meat they use is never frozen and are marinated and cooked in house.
It is also in such a convenient location right in the heart of City Place in Spring, TX. Sitting right at City Place Plaza you are surrounded by the spacious green lawn, the beautiful lake and tables and seats to enjoy the outdoors. Since it was so nice outside, we decided to take the food across the street to the park area and sit and relax in the sun. After you get done eating, you can take a nice stroll around the lake, browse some of the other shops nearby or go catch a movie at the cinema right around the corner.
