🔎 HELLO | I am so excited you found our little corner of the Interwebs. Are you curious what are the best neighborhoods to live in, in Houston Texas? If so, you are in the right spot. Unlike all my other “best cities” or “best places to live in Houston” videos that are jammed packed with facts and it is statistic driven, but please keep in mind, this one is totally and fully my opinion. In this video, I am sharing with you the only places I would live in north Houston. I totally channeled the personality of my 6 and 14-year-old, so please excuse my animation and silliness. Lol. But do know, I love where I live because of the high quality of life, good schools, and the plethora of opportunities.
The first neighborhood I mentioned was Memorial Northwest. It has some onsite schools. Woodforest's tax rate has dropped in most of the sections.
Woodforest has two school districts. Creekside Park is the newest village in The Woodlands. Creekside Park has fantastic walkability and some onsite schools.
Bridgeland is the next neighborhood on the list. It is master-planned and the same current developer of The Woodlands and The Woodlands Hills. Some schools are on-site. Lots of opportunities in this area, but tax rates are higher. It is a neighborhood with the best amenities. It is more spread out than Woodforest. The crime rating is lower in Woodforest. The last neighborhood on the list is Cross Creek Ranch. It is right next to Cinco Ranch and Katy. It is also master-planned and beautiful.
