Stonecreek Estates is a neighborhood in Richmond, Texas. It can be reached via Bryan Road with easy access to I-69. Also, this neighborhood is just 15 minutes from Sugar Land for more shopping and 37 minutes from Downtown Houston.

People love living in StoneCreek Estates because of the neighborhood's amenities. The community has a pool for relaxing during the hot days, a splash pad, playgrounds for children of all ages, and a walking trail. People also enjoy easy access to U.S. 59 which makes commuting a breeze. In addition, this community is minutes away from Sugar Land and its world-class shopping and dining options as well as the luxurious Sugar Land Town Center, First Colony Mall, and more!

StoneCreek Estates is a stunning 500-acre master-planned community located in Richmond, TX. It offers outdoor amazing amenities including a resort-style swimming pool, playground with swing set, splash pad, tennis courts, and scenic walking/biking trails. The community is close to U.S. 59 and the Grand Parkway, as well as the historic downtown Rosenberg and Brazos Town Center shopping mall. Area attractions include Brazos Bend State Park and the charming Historic Downtown Rosenberg.
District Rating:
A | Lamar CISD has an A rating overall, Lamar CISD campuses are designed with smaller enrollments (high schools are designed for no more than 2,000 students) to provide more opportunities for students to assume leadership roles and participate in campus activities. Lamar CISD also has sixth-grade-only campuses (middle schools) which focus on the needs of pre-adolescents, providing a smooth transition to secondary school. Lamar CISD is home to National Principals of the Year, Gates Millennium Scholars, National Blue-Ribbon Schools, Rodeo Art Grand Champions, State Athletic Champions, and a recent member of the comptroller's Honors Circle for financial and academic excellence. Lamar CISD has also passed four bond referendums over the past 15 years while maintaining one of the lowest tax rates in the Houston area.

You’ll be about 17 minutes from downtown Richmond, and 37 minutes away from downtown Houston, which puts you in proximity close to many great food options. There are a few local favorites in the area including Red’s Grill, 9er’s Grill, Lomonte’s Italian Restaurant and Bar, Ramble Creek Grill, and Ramble Creek Grill. Also, for your daily needs, you have H-E-B, Target Whole Foods Market, and Kroger. Additionally, nearby parks such as Jones Creek Ranch Park, Wessendorff Park, and Typhoon Texas Waterpark are just minutes away.
