At Jo & Co., you know we are a sucker for good restaurants, and when it is healthy? Well game over… it becomes a favorite. We are so excited to share with you one of our favoritest and yummiest restaurants in The Woodlands. It is Herb & Beet we are talking about here. And check out how cute their decor is…
Now, don't be thrown off by the name if you hate beets; they offer so much more! Herb & Beet proudly serves farm-fresh, seasonal food right from the roots of Texas, sourcing from a variety of partners.
Immediately being greeted by the friendly staff upon entering, I was mesmerized by the modern and elegant atmosphere. After scanning the menu, I wanted to try everything! They offer a unique selection from Texas brisket and steak salads to avocado beet toast (don’t knock it ‘til you try it). The staff was very knowledgeable with explaining the menu and answering any questions I had. A few notable things, the service was incredibly fast and the staff was very warm and friendly.
E'Leece & Josh Lorey opened the outstanding eatery right off Sawdust Road in 2018 with an aim of bringing a refreshing and vibrant flare to Texas.
