Lakes of Buckingham is located in Katy, off S Fry Road. Near Grand Parkway 99, I-10, Westpark Tollway & Westheimer Parkway. Also, this lovely neighborhood is just 20 minutes to Downtown Katy and 30 minutes to Downtown Houston.
Why folks choose Lakes Of Buckingham:
The residents of this gated community enjoy its wide variety of homes and prices, lovely scenic views, desirable location and mature trees throughout the neighborhood. The community is also conveniently located near George Bush Hike & Bike Trail, which is popular with walkers, runners and bikers. Residents can also enjoy swimming pool to relax during weekends, tennis courts and also enjoy the walking trails to jog or walk around while enjoying the view of the lakes.

The amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball, and walking trails around the lake. The community is also close to the George Bush Hike & Bike Trail for those who want to walk or hike and Willow Fork Country Club’s golf course for those who are golf enthusiasts.
District Rating:
A+ | Katy ISD has an A+ rating overall, with ten elementary schools, five junior high schools, and three high schools named in the overall top 10 schools for the entire Houston Area. Katy ISD is also in the top 1% of all school districts in the United States ranking #180 out of 10,758 districts. Parents and students love the schools and there are no schools in Katy ISD that have less than a B rating. Katy ISD is a flourishing suburban school district that encompasses 181 square miles in southeast Texas. Its eastern boundaries stretch to Houston’s energy corridor approximately 16 miles west of downtown Houston and extend along Interstate 10 to a few miles west of the city of Katy.

Located minutes away is La Centerra at Cinco Ranch, which is a huge upscale outdoor hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment, it also has a large green space where frequent events & festivals are held. Nearby is also Katy Mills Mall, Whole Foods, Costco, Kroger, Trader Joe’s, Aldi, HEB, and so much more.
