Missouri City is twenty miles southwest of downtown Houston and is part of Fort Bend County. This city has amazing amenities, making it one of the best places to live in Texas. Missouri City offers an array of parks and trails, green spaces, and dining options—making it a nice place to visit.

Places To Experience
Sienna Stables – This is a premier equestrian facility for Southwest Houston and surrounding areas, offering horseback riding instruction, horse show competitions, kids camps, birthday parties and special events.
Escape the Room Texas – Escape the Room Texas is a fun, interactive entertainment concept that is suitable for small groups, families, or couples. Situated just 18.1 miles (29.12 km) from Houston, it offers a great bonding experience for all its visitors.
Constellation Field – The field has football, soccer, lacrosse, and cheerleading rivalries. This is a great place to have fun with your family at a sporting event or just to enjoy a meal together.
Paint Party Place – Paint Party Place is a BYOB painting venue that offers an entertaining evening of painting, friends, music and fun. We have easels, paint, brushes and aprons ready for you to paint and party! No experience required!
Buffalo Run Park – This is a unique park with covered pavilions, an observation tower with stunning views of the water, fishing piers, nature trails, restrooms, and many other amenities outlined below.
Parks to Visit
Bicentennial Park – This park is a fenced in and sits on 0.91 acres. It is a great place to bring the, play on the playground, or have an afternoon picnic with friends. This park also features Fountain, Playground unit for all ages, and two picnic tables.
Community Park – Covering 107 acres of prime land, this park features 4 lighted pavilions, restrooms, 3 acre fishing lake, a beautiful gazebo overlooking the lake, and a skatepark. The park also includes soccer fields, walking/jogging trail, softball fields, basketball court, sand volleyball court, and an open air amphitheater.
Roane Park – This park is sitting on 17.63 acres, this features a restroom facility, 2 small pavilions, 2 multi-use sports fields, playground, benches and more!
Gammill Park – The 0.32-acre park provides drinking fountains, paved parking lot, security lighting, picnic tables, and state-of-the-art playground equipment.
Hunters Glen Park – The park has some of the most popular sites for walking, morning and evening strolls, as well as pickup basketball games and youth sports activities, and has the first public “sprayground” or “splashpad” in Fort Bend County!
Quail Green West Park – Quail Green West Park sits on 11.3 acres and includes a playground, security lights, and parking facilities. The park also has soccer fields and a lighted and covered basketball court.
Ridgeview Park – This is a lush neighborhood park sitting on 9.7 acres, and is ideal for enjoying a picnic or a casual stroll. The park includes a playground, a 0.5-mile walking/jogging trail, pavilions, restrooms, and ample green space.
Restaurants
7Spice Seafood Kitchen – This is a fast-casual seafood restaurant chain that opened in Missouri City in 2011. They serve all kinds of seafood, including combo meals, fish by the pound, salads and more!
Brandani's Restaurant & Wine Bar – This restaurant offers a friendly, casual atmosphere, and the menu is mostly American with Italian flair. The food is prepared using recipes that are based on the owners' grandparents' old family recipes.
B's wine bar – They offer a wide selection of wines and other food items such as appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, desserts, etc.
Alex's Kitchen – This is one of Missouri City's favorite restaurants. It serves dishes like Rockefeller Oysters, Fried Okra, Cesar Salads, Redfish, Meatball, and Pecan Chicken.
Texas Beirgarten – At Texas Biergarten, you’ll find a huge selection of beers, wines, and delicious meals. The best home-cooked meals with a funky German twist! Texas Biergarten prides itself in being authentic in not only its recipes but also the way it treats its customers.
Asia Blue – This restaurant offers an exquisite, authentic take on Asian cuisine. You’ll find Asian fusion dishes like authentic ramen here, as well as other traditional favorites. The atmosphere is super funky fresh, too!
Chettinad Indian Cuisine – This is one of the most popular restaurants in Missouri City, serving up organic and creative ethnic food. They specialize in South Indian food, North Indian food, and Indo-Chinese cuisine. Chettinad cuisine is one of the spiciest and most aromatic in India!
