Where is Riverpark:
Riverpark is on the southwest side of Sugar Land, Texas. Riverpark is located at the intersection of Interstate 59 and Grand Parkway 99. Riverpark is an amazing master planned community with the Riverpark Shopping Center being conveniently located at the entrance and Brazos River Memorial Park surrounding the community.

Riverpark is a 545-acre master planned community in Sugar Land by Mischer Development. Development in Riverpark started in 1998 and finished around 2007. Riverpark features over 1150 homesites and majority of the homes are Traditional in style. Riverpark has amazing master planned amenities! The community is highly sought after its convenient location being 30 minutes away from downtown Houston and the Energy Corridor.

Riverpark features amazing master planned amenities! Residents at Riverpark can enjoy its great amenities park, community pool with a splash pad, miles of walking trails, a dog park, picnic area and its community lakes. The splash pad at RiverPark is a popular spot for residents as well as the neighborhood pool. The pool features a splash pad, water slide, water fountains, dumping buckets and a misting rainbow. Brazos River Memorial Park surrounds Riverpark. Several of Brazos River Memorial Park's trails start in RiverPark and are perfect for casual hiking. Canoeing or kayaking the river is easy to do, as well, with a public access ramp just outside RiverPark's southern entrance. Golfers have the Greatwood Golf Club nearby for some time on the fairways, too.
District Rating:
A-Rated | Fort Bend ISD has overall A's in academics, diversity, sports, college prep, and clubs & activities. Fort Bend ISD earned a Superior rating, an A, in the Texas Education Agency (TEA) Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) for the 2019-20 school year. The district scored 92 points out of a possible 100 rating points, and this is FBISD’s 17th Superior rating. Fort Bend County is one of the fastest growing counties in the nation. As the largest school district in the county, Fort Bend ISD is an outstanding K-12 public education system.The District is Texas’ eighth largest with more than 77,000 students and one of the most diverse in the nation. Working and learning cohesively alongside families who speak more than 90 languages and dialects, the schools work together with students, their families and the community to address each student’s unique needs. FBISD currently has 81 campuses: 11 high schools, 15 middle schools, 51 elementary campuses and four specialty schools to address the academic and vocational interests of students. With more than 11,000 full-time employees and substitutes, the District is the largest employer in Fort Bend County. Fort Bend ISD is committed to its mission to inspire and equip all students to pursue futures beyond what they can imagine.

Sugar Land was a company town for over 50 years before it incorporated in 1959. Since its incorporation as a city in 1959, Sugar Land’s residents live in a master-planned community with many parks and recreational facilities, first-class shopping and medical facilities, and a safe environment, ranking as one of America’s safest cities since 2008. Near Riverpark is Memorial Hermann Hospital, Brazos River Memorial Park, Greatwood Golf Club, The Crown Festival Park, Houston Methodist Hospital, First Colony Mall, Buc-ee's, H-E-B, Target, and Whole Foods Market.
