Today I wanted to share with you all things Fairwater, Montgomery TX. Keep in mind each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. Fairwater is located in Montgomery, Texas, in Montgomery County. Fairwater is located on FM 2854 near FM 105 just a short commute to Montgomery and the neighboring city of Conroe, Texas.

Fairwater is a 201-acre new home community that will have 650 homes upon completion. Fairwater homes will range from 1,800 square feet to 3,000 square feet with an easy-going living atmosphere.
