I know that there are tons of neighborhoods to choose from in the Houston area, but I also know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. Each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. WHY PEOPLE LOVE LAKEHOUSE IN KATY TX
Where is LakeHouse:
Located in Katy, LakeHouse is just west of Grand Parkway Tollway 99 and north of Katy Freeway I-10. Clay Road and Pitts Road provide community gated access.
Why folks choose LakeHouse:
LakeHouse is adored by so many for heaps of reasons. To name a few, there is a variety of lot and home sizes, this is a new construction master-planned community zoned to A+ rated schools in Katy ISD, there is no MUD tax despite the community having amenities galore, from a lake with access docks and piers, a resort styled pool, a community gym and more, the location is perfectly aligned with access to major highways and employers, plus dining and shopping while still providing green space and a tucked away feel out of all the hustle and bustle.

Amenities in LakeHouse:
The location of this community has to be considered an amenity, BUT it's just the cherry on top of all the wonderful community amenities that this new community boasts. The Lakehouse recreational center is where the resort-styled beach entry pool with a waterpark styled slide and splashpad zone can be found, in addition to the fitness center stocked with state-of-the-art equipment. An expansive lake fitting for a community named “LakeHouse” features a pier with a launch for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and relaxation at any time of day. The neighborhood also encompasses a playground fit for any kiddo of any age to enjoy and let out energy, in addition to the neighborhood green with artificial turf for endless games of soccer, tag, catch, and a shaded structure to cool down and picnic to refuel. Walking trails and paved sidewalks can be found throughout the community making for smooth and safe walks.
District Rating:
A+ | Katy ISD has an A+ rating overall, with ten elementary schools, five junior high schools, and three high schools named in the overall top 10 schools for the entire Houston Area. Katy ISD is also in the top 1% of all school districts in the United States ranking #180 out of 10,758 districts. Parents and students love the schools and there are no schools in Katy ISD that have less than a B rating. Katy ISD is a flourishing suburban school district that encompasses 181 square miles in southeast Texas. Its eastern boundaries stretch to Houston’s energy corridor approximately 16 miles west of downtown Houston and extend along Interstate 10 to a few miles west of the city of Katy.

LakeHouse's location makes it feel like anything you're looking for or needing is within close proximity. All of your favorite grocery stores such as H-E-B, Kroger, H Mart Katy, and Target are all nearby. Local shops and plazas like Katy Plaza, The Shops at Katy, and Katy Mills Mall are within a tiny drive. Tons of playgrounds and local attractions like Katy Play Station, MKT Railroad Museum, Mary Jo Peckham Park, Typhoon Texas and even nightlife fun, like Southland Bar & Grill, The Social Pub & Grill and Stars Sports Bar & Grill are also all within a short drive out of the neighborhood entrance. There's so much to see and love nearby.
