I know that there are tons of neighborhoods to choose from in the Houston area, but I also know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. Each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. Where is Tavola:

Tavola is located in New Caney, Texas just north of Kingwood in Montgomery County. Tavola’s convenient location caters to major employment centers including the Greenspoint Business District and the new ExxonMobil campus.

Why folks choose Tavola:

Tavola is northeast Houston's newest 1560-acre master-planned community. Tavola is a wooden community, you can take long hikes through wooded greenbelt trails or enjoy a picnic near one of the serene lakes. Residents of Tavola have access to a variety of amenities, such as a clubhouse, park and swimming pool. Plus, the community is close to Highway-59 and the Grand Parkway 99, allowing easy access to busy urban areas like Houston.

Amenities in Tavola:

Tavola has amazing master-planned amenities for their residents. Amenities in this community include a recreation center with a pool, park with a unique zip line and clubhouse, additional interactive pocket parks and miles of scenic wooded greenbelt trails that will wind throughout the community. Tavola also has a baseball field, soccer field, and serene lakes and ponds. Tavola is located in the New Caney Independent School District. Tavola Elementary School is open right inside the Tavola community.

District Rating:

B Rated | New Caney ISD believes there is a set of skills, knowledge, and attitudes essential for a purposeful and productive life. The school district and community have committed to designing modern learning environments in high quality facilities, providing students with a wide range of opportunities for college and career exploration, and hiring the best teachers in Texas so that graduates will be equipped to thrive in the REALITY of their future.

New Caney ISD received a B, or an 85 out of 100, for a student enrollment of 15,360. The district improved from its 2017-18 rating of a C, or 76 out of 100 possible points. Out of all the district's campuses, one campus received an A, seven received a B, seven received a C, two received a D and one received an F. Below you will see the A rated and B rated schools.

The Woodlands is 26 miles away where you can explore popular department stores, restaurants, movie theaters and bookstores like Barnes and Noble. Also, near Tavola is Lake Houston Wilderness Park, Oakhurst Golf Course, and HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood.
