I know that there are tons of neighborhoods to choose from in the Houston area, but I also know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. Each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. WHY PEOPLE LOVE LAKE POINTE ESTATES IN KATY TX
Where is Lake Pointe Estates:
Located in Katy, Lake Point Estates is accessed by driving south on Westheimer Parkway from Katy Freeway 1-10. Grand Parkway Tollway 99 is only several miles east of the community making Lake Point Estates easily accessible in either direction.
Why folks choose Lake Pointe Estates:
Lake Pointe Estates is an exclusive and private neighborhood with a gated entrance and expansive homesites/lots. Zoned to Katy ISD A+ rated schools and centrally located between Grand Parkway Tollway 99 and Katy Freeway I-10, and off of Westheimer Parkway providing both access and exclusivity all at once. None of the homesites in this community have neighbors behind them, and some even have lakefront views. District Rating:
A+ | Katy ISD has an A+ rating overall, with ten elementary schools, five junior high schools, and three high schools named in the overall top 10 schools for the entire Houston Area. Katy ISD is also in the top 1% of all school districts in the United States ranking #180 out of 10,758 districts. Parents and students love the schools and there are no schools in Katy ISD that have less than a B rating. Katy ISD is a flourishing suburban school district that encompasses 181 square miles in southeast Texas. Its eastern boundaries stretch to Houston’s energy corridor approximately 16 miles west of downtown Houston and extend along Interstate 10 to a few miles west of the city of Katy.

Lake Pointe Estates is within close proximity of EVERYTHING! You could skip a rock and hit Katy Mills Mall, or La Centerra Shopping Center, or get all your grocery needs met with Walmart, Sprouts Farmers Market, Kroger, H-E-B, Whole Foods Market, and Market Town Katy all less than 5 minutes away. If you're a foodie and enjoy dining, the options are endless, from mom-and pop restaurants to chains, you have it all within a reach. Pablo's Restaurant and Club, Local Table, The Rouxpour, Moi Vietnamese Grill, Black Walnut, Federal American Grill, Vida Mariscos and so many other yummy gems are nearby. As a bonus, the parks and walking trails are endless nearby making for any outdoors or recreational time fun and accessible. There is just so much to love and enjoy within a short drive.
