I know that there are tons of neighborhoods to choose from in the Houston area, but I also know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. Each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. Where is Cinco Ranch Greenway Village:
Located in Katy, Cinco Ranch Greenway Village is located directly off of Grand Parkway Highway 99, and centrally between Katy Freeway I-10 and West Parkway Toll. The subdivision is accessed from Highland Knolls Drive on the north entrance or Cinco Ranch Boulevard , which runs centrally east to west through the neighborhood. Westheimer Parkway runs closely to the most southern part of the community, while The Golf Club at Cinco Ranch borders some of the eastern homes in the subdivision.

District Rating:

A+ | Katy ISD has an A+ rating overall, with ten elementary schools, five junior high schools, and three high schools named in the overall top 10 schools for the entire Houston Area. Katy ISD is also in the top 1% of all school districts in the United States ranking #180 out of 10,758 districts. Parents and students love the schools and there are no schools in Katy ISD that have less than a B rating. Katy ISD is a flourishing suburban school district that encompasses 181 square miles in southeast Texas. Its eastern boundaries stretch to Houston’s energy corridor approximately 16 miles west of downtown Houston and extend along Interstate 10 to a few miles west of the city of Katy.
