Today I wanted to share with you all things Parklake Village, Katy TX. Keep in mind each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. I know that there are so many to choose from in the Houston area, and I know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. WHY PEOPLE LOVE PARKLAKE VILLAGE IN KATY TX

Where is Parklake Village:

Located in Katy off of S Fry Road , near Nottingham Country Greenbelt Park with accessible access to I-10 and Grand Parkway 99.

Why folks choose Parklake Village:

Parklake Village is a gated lake community nestled on over 73 acres adjacent to George Bush Park. In Parklake Village you will find almost 15 acres of stocked lakes and direct access to the park trails. This is a stunning master planned community, Parklake Village mostly features expansive homes that are competitively priced. The community features resort like amenities, beautiful surroundings, and is in a great location. The homes are generally traditional in style, there's a wide variety of home sizes, and the yards are very well manicured.

Amenities in Parklake Village:

George Bush Park is a 7,800-acre park located on the far west side of Houston, serves as a major attraction and nature reserve. The park has a system of jogging trails, many surrounded by swamps, forest, and bayous. Many of the trails follow the Buffalo Bayou, and biking is popular year-round. The trail is well known for its flexibility in biking, many speed bikers ride the trails. The Golf Club at Cinco Ranch is open to the public seven days a week, the club serves as a remarkable focal point for social gatherings, league play, golf instruction and special events of all sizes and types – ranging from weddings and golf tournaments to corporate meetings, fundraising events and holiday parties.

District Rating:

A+ | Katy ISD has an A+ rating overall, with ten elementary schools, five junior high schools, and three high schools named in the overall top 10 schools for the entire Houston Area. Katy ISD is also in the top 1% of all school districts in the United States ranking #180 out of 10,758 districts. Parents and students love the schools and there are no schools in Katy ISD that have less than a B rating. Katy ISD is a flourishing suburban school district that encompasses 181 square miles in southeast Texas. Its eastern boundaries stretch to Houston's energy corridor approximately 16 miles west of downtown Houston and extend along Interstate 10 to a few miles west of the city of Katy.

Residents have an easy drive to shopping centers like Katy Mills Mall, as well as LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch which is a super fun outdoor hub for shopping, dining & entertainment, with a large green space for frequent local events & festivals. There's also an HEB, Kroger, Walmart and Costco right outside the neighborhood.
