Located in Montgomery, off of TX-105 & Emma's Way.

This new community near Lake Conroe has new construction homes for reasonable prices, that are typically traditional & craftsman style. There's plenty opportunity to build here with Stylecraft Builders, the yards are clean cut, and the streets are lined with sidewalks for safe walking & biking. The homes may differ with certain customizable details, but they all include granite countertops throughout, luxury vinyl plank flooring, stunning tile selections, show-stopping facades, and signature style. It's also right across the street from the highly rated Montgomery High School.

Amenities in The Hills of Town Creek:
Since they're still under development there's not too many official neighborhood amenities, but that will change with further construction. Residents can easily enjoy the amenities within the Lake Conroe area, the lake is only about 10 minutes away. Cedar Break Park is just minutes away and offers nature trails, a children's playground, and scenic picnic areas.
District Rating:
A. Montgomery ISD rates in an A for academics, college prep, teachers, administration, clubs & activities, health & safety, food, and resources & facilities.
Nearby:
Located nearby is a Walmart Super Center, Kroger, as well as fun places like Lake Conroe, P-6 Farms, Historic Downtown Montgomery, and Cork This Winery. There's much to be found along TX-105, like a variety of restaurants, parks, shops, salons, and more.
