Hi friend,
I wanted to take a moment to share with you the best neighborhoods with large lots or big lots in Magnolia TX. For this blog, and for the lists below, I defined “best” neighborhoods as neighborhoods with B-rated schools.
The B-rated elementary schools in Magnolia TX are:
There are no A-rated schools in Magnolia ISD.
- Sawmill Elementary School
- Smith Elementary School
- Bear Branch Elementary School
- All homes for sale zoned to these schools | Link.
After defining the “best schools”, I then needed to define “large lots”. I did that in three categories, 10,000-15,000 square feet, 15,000-20,000 square feet, and then anything above 20,000 square feet. At the bottom of the three lists, you can find active homes on the market for sale, right now.
Neighborhoods with lots between 10,000 and 15,000 square feet.
- Cimaron Creek
- Clovercreek
- Glen Oaks
- Hidden Lake Estates
- Mill Creek Trails
- Northgrove
- Sterling Ridge, The Woodlands, Magnolia TX
- Homes for sale | Link.
Neighborhoods with lots between 15,000 and 20,000 square feet.
- Cimarron Creek
- Clovercreek
- Northgrove
- The Villages of Heritage Point
- Westwood

Neighborhoods with lots over 20,000 square feet.
- Dogwood Hills
- High Meadow Ranch
- Indigo Lake Estates
- Lake Windcrest
- Ranches of Pinehurst
- Sawmill Estates
- Sendera Lake Estate
