Today I wanted to share with you all things Tamarron, Katy TX. Keep in mind each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. I know that there are so many to choose from in the Houston area, and I know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. WHY PEOPLE LOVE TAMARRON IN KATY TX

Where is Tamarron:

Located in Katy, near Grand Parkway 99 off of Tamarron Parkway & Katy Road. Just a few minutes from I-10.

Why folks choose Tamarron:

One of Katy’s newest master-planned communities, Tamarron features over 4,000 new construction homes with community amenities that include splash parks, playground, and clubhouse. Tamarron is a D.R. Horton development, with homes from builders like D.R. Horton, Emerald Homes, Express Homes, and Perry Homes. Tamarron homes typically sit on mid- to large-sized lots ranging from 6,000 to around 9,000 square feet. Home sizes range from 1,400 to more than 4,500 square feet. It's comprised of several sections, one of which is an active adult community called Wellspring at Tamarron. Some sections are gated. The community offers a wide variety of properties – from ranch-style homes to lakefront homes. Some homes are also available within a gated section. The community dedicates 100 acres for green spaces, 8 miles of walking trails, lakes, and sports fields.

Amenities in Tamarron:

The residents here can enjoy the awesome amenities park resembles a small resort, a spacious clubhouse with space for club meetings and events. Outside are two separate pools, one is a lap pool with 7 lanes and the other is a resort-style pool with a two-story dual slide, as well as a fantastic splash park equipped with a big dump bucket, children's slides and water cannons, and a large playground

District Rating:

A+ | Katy ISD has an A+ rating overall, with ten elementary schools, five junior high schools, and three high schools named in the overall top 10 schools for the entire Houston Area. Katy ISD is also in the top 1% of all school districts in the United States ranking #180 out of 10,758 districts. Parents and students love the schools and there are no schools in Katy ISD that have less than a B rating. Katy ISD is a flourishing suburban school district that encompasses 181 square miles in southeast Texas. Its eastern boundaries stretch to Houston’s energy corridor approximately 16 miles west of downtown Houston and extend along Interstate 10 to a few miles west of the city of Katy.
