Today I wanted to share with you all things Firethorne, Katy TX. Keep in mind each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. I know that there are so many to choose from in the Houston area, and I know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. Where is Firethorne:
Located in Katy, just north on I-10 and to the left of Grand Parkway 99 Tollway.

Why folks choose Firethorne:
Firethorne has been an area favorite since 2005, with new construction still on-going. Firethorne is part of two highly acclaimed school districts: Lamar Consolidated ISD and Katy ISD. Firethorne is a 1,400-acre master planned community, with great amenities and beautiful scenery of the community lakes & preserved nature.

The amazing amenities here include 150 acres of parks, lakes, and recreation, playgrounds, a resort style swimming pool, splash pad, tennis court, nature areas, and hike & bike trails.

District Rating:
A. Firethorne is split between Lamar Consolidated ISD and Katy ISD, both of which feature A rated, highly acclaimed schools.

Nearby:
Residents have an easy drive to shopping centers like Katy Mills Mall, as well as LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch which is a super fun outdoor hub for shopping, dining & entertainment, with a large green space for frequent local events & festivals. There's also an HEB, Kroger, Walmart and Costco right outside the neighborhood.
