Today we are kicking off our new construction series. This year is a year that will be all about new construction. Inventory for resale has been low since 2017, and with the influx of new individuals, couples, and families relocating to our area, we have seen a huge shift and change in our real estate market.
Buyers are almost always finding themselves in a multiple offer situation, and often finding they must overpay for a home to just maybe get it. If you want to learn more about the local real estate market, be sure to check this post out here.
If you are wanting to avoid overpaying, then new construction might be the option for you. Today I am going to share with you the best neighborhoods to consider along with some honorable mentions. Each of these neighborhoods has a different price point, and some inventory. Below you will find some active home listings, so feel free to check those out. Best New Construction Neighborhoods in Montgomery County that Zone to Conroe ISD
1. Fosters Ridge, Conroe, Texas | Zones to Bush Elementary School
Why: zoned to an amazing school, close proximity to The Woodlands, and all it has to offer.

2. Grand Central Park, Conroe, Texas | Zones to Wilkinson Elementary School*
Why: zoned to award winning schools, close proximity to I-45, brand new shopping centers, and The Woodlands is nearby. This master planned community is well planned, and features lovely amenities.

3. Harper's Preserve, Conroe, Texas | Zones to Suchma Elementary School
Why: Very close proximity to I-45, an H-E-B, the hospital corridor, and The Woodlands. New on-site elementary school, with lovely parks and neighborhood amenities.

4. Montgomery Creek Ranch, Conroe, Texas | Zones to Suchma Elementary School
Why: Very close proximity to I-45, an H-E-B, the hospital corridor, and The Woodlands. New on-site elementary school. Affordable living with low price per square foot compared to other areas.
