The amenities are amazing… pools, park, crawfish boils, fishing tournaments, women's wine down events, toddler time, Holiday events (Santa, and Easter Bunny all visited), yoga, men's bourbon nights are just a very small handful of things that go on, on a monthly basis here in Pomona (zip line and citrus grove are coming)! We also have an elementary school here in the neighborhood!
Pearland Parkway (shops and restaurants), Costco, Sams, H-E-B, Randall's, Aldi, Walmart, Hobby Lobby, are less than 10 minutes away. There are also a ton of churches. Oh and Downtown Houston is a 20-25 minute drive too!”
Pomona is a community designed for you to get closer to nature without sacrificing modern amenities, or being far from conveniences.
Head out of town on Highway 288 towards Pearland, TX and you’ll find 1,000 acres of wide green spaces right on Mustang Bayou. Located off CR 101, Pomona is proud to be at the forefront of growth in this tremendous area where residents enjoy the charm of a small town with the conveniences of the big city. Pomona offers a convenient location near Houston Hobby and Texas Medical Center, as well as a variety of shopping, dining, entertainment and employment centers.

You can go two different routes in this community. You can decide to purchase an inventory home, or you can construct one from the ground up. Building a home can take between 4 and 7 months, but an inventory home, can be moved into in 2-6 weeks.
