.. and then opened up my browser to log into my WordPress panel to type this post.
It was going to go something like this..
Yesterday we came to a sad conclusion. We got a response to the counter offer on The Tudor, and we could not come to an agreement on the appraisal clause. We then passed on proceeding all together. I let my husband lead in this situation, and I did not argue. Usually with my buyers, if I sit back with patience and visual acceptance (I like to think of this as understanding), things typically, more than not, still seem to work themselves out.
Well before I could even type a single character, my phone rang. It was the seller's agent. The seller didn't want to lose us. He hasn't agreed to our demands, but he will now pay for some of our expenses to go down this road.
So that new contract has been typed, and we are signing it right now!! So the dream stays alive! #happydance
Hopefully I will have some happy news and a video for you in the first update!
