Where is Cross Creek Ranch:
Located in Fulshear, right on the edge of Katy. North of Westpark Tollway (where it turns into FM 1093) and to the left of Grand Parkway 99 Tollway, but just south of I-10.

This is an amazing, 3,200 acre master planned community created by Johnson Development Corp., known for its outstanding resort style amenities & natural beauty. Residents love the highly rated onsite schools, the outdoor lifestyle, great location, and beautiful new construction homes. Flewellen Creek Pool which offers a generously sized pool with dedicated lap lanes & comfortable loungers for tanning time. And Greenthread Park that has a resort-style pool, water slides, and sunbathing shelves, as well as a playground, pavilion, sand volleyball court, event lawn, and trails. They have a state of the art, 6,500 square foot fitness center that offers classes led by professional instructors, personal training, and a shower & locker room. Best of all is Italian Maid Café, their charming on-site bistro serving Italian-American cuisine, breakfast, lunch, dinner and carry-out.

District Rating:
A+. Katy ISD rates number 15 as the “Best School Districts in Texas.” Parents and students love the schools and there are no schools in Katy ISD that have less than a B rating.

Nearby:
Located minutes away is La Centerra at Cinco Ranch, which is a huge upscale outdoor hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment, it also has a large green space where frequent events & festivals are held. Nearby is also Katy Mills Mall, Whole Foods, Walmart, Costco, Kroger, Trader Joe's, Aldi, HEB, and so much more.
