No Monthly Fees
We do not charge monthly brokerage fees.
Whether you close one transaction this month or ten, you won't receive a monthly bill from us just for being affiliated with the brokerage.
We Cover Your E&O Insurance
Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance is an important part of protecting both agents and clients.
At Jo & Co., we cover the annual E&O insurance cost for our agents. You do not have to pay a separate E&O fee each year.
A Simple Transaction Split
Rather than charging multiple fees throughout the year, our compensation model is straightforward.
We earn income when you earn income.

What has worked, what hasn't, and the lessons I've picked up along the way continue to shape the way I run my business and support other agents. P.S. Are you looking for leads?
I know some of you might be interested in receiving leads. In the past we have offered leads, but we found the best leads are ones you generate with your personal brand and face. While we cannot guarantee leads, I can personally teach you how to use the systems we have used in the past and the ones we are currently using.
