I’m thrilled to share this blog post with you! I did extensive research to help you find a home that suits your needs, with an interest rate of 3% – 4%, which is the lowest in the industry right now. If you want to know more, keep reading.
Here are seven builders offering the lowest interest rates in the industry.
- 1. CastleRock Communities, a local builder that has been in business since 2004, has sold over 13000 homes. They are currently offering a 4.5% fixed rate mortgage through their lender, InterLinc. For inventory homes closing before August 31st.
I predict that many lenders will do this, and that those dates will be extended.
- 2. Highland Homes is currently offering a fixed rate interest rate of 4.0% on inventory homes closing before August 31st through their in-house lender, Highland HomeLoans.
Most builders are offering incentives ranging from $5,000 to $15,000. I've even seen one builder offer a package of incentives worth up to $30,000.
- 3. Toll Brothers is providing 3.99% financing (the best deal I have seen)… 30 year fixed rate, free 165-day rate lock for quick move-in homes that close before the end of the year
- 4. HistoryMaker Homes is offering as low as 4.25% on quick move-in homes
- 5. K Hovnanian Homes is currently offering 4.25% financing on select homes closing by October 31st.
- 6. Taylor Morrison is offering a permanent buydown incentive that reduces most interest rates to 4.625%.
- 7. Century Communities is offering as low as 3.875% on FHA, 3.875% on VA, and 4.5% on conventional. Inspire Home Loans.
- 8. D.R. Horton in the Enclave at Dobbin in Magnolia is offering 3.99% interest rate with their lender DHI Mortgage (no buy down or funny business), and $12k towards closing cost.
