Hi friends, today I'd like to talk about the upscale and one of the small city in Texas, the city of Shenandoah. With a population of 3,499 it's easy to feel right at home here in this city full of history, and you don't need to venture far out to find lots of exciting things to do or fantastic places to eat!
Places To Experience in Shenandoah
Main Event Shenandoah – They offers a variety of fun activities, including laser tag, bowling, billiards, video games, karaoke, a bar and restaurant. The restaurant serves tasty treats and flavorful entrees.
Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park – Visit the fun and large-scale indoor trampoline center, offering open jump, fitness classes, dodgeball and parties.
iFLY Indoor Skydiving – Houston Woodlands – At iFly Houston Woodlands, you can skydive without the fear-inducing height and high price tag of jumping out of an airplane. Enter a wind tunnel that simulates a freefall in a safe and adjustable environment and benefit from one-to-one assistance as you master basic manoeuvres, soar high into the air, or (depending on your experience level) perform thrilling aerial stunts.
Immersive Gamebox – Woodlands Mall – The Gamebox is a fully-private, interactive digital room featuring projection mapping, touch screens, motion tracking and surround sound.
Parks to Visit in Shenandoah
Shenandoah Park – This park is massive and it offers a playground for children, a picnic area, a splash pad (a place where you can cool off in the summer), tennis and basketball courts, bathrooms, and more!
Avalon Park – The park has many amenities, including a playground, biking trail, tennis courts, and restrooms.
Mason Pond Park – This is a small park with a beautiful pond. You can go there to fish or just stroll around the pond and more.
Tapestry Park – The park is a great place for everyone to spend time together. It features a gazebo, benches, playgrounds, and more!
Northshore Park – There is waterfront space with playgrounds, picnic spots and a field, as well as outdoor concerts and other events.
Town Green Park – This public green space features an amphitheater, a labyrinth, paddle boarding, playgrounds, beaches and more!
Restaurants in Shenandoah
Babin's Seafood House – An upscale seafood restaurant in New Orleans-themed surrounds serving Cajun-style seafood from the Gulf of Mexico.
Twin Peaks Shenandoah – This chain of sports bars is known for its waitresses and serves up American comfort food in a homey atmosphere.
Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant – This restaurant is serving Italian food in a kitschy setting featuring red-&-white tablecloths.
Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen – The restaurant serves Cajun-style seafood, pastas and comfort food in a dark wooden room with a full bar.
Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews – This is a good choice if you're craving burgers. They serve gourmet burgers, sandwiches and other American comfort food.
Fielding’s Wood Grill – The restaurant offers an upscale American food, craft cocktails, and beers in a spacious industrial-chic space.
Chuy's – The restaurant serving burritos, tacos, nachos and other Tex-Mex dishes in kitschy, Elvis-heavy settings.
Pappasito's Cantina – You will feel at home in this Tex-Mex restaurant. They take pride in providing the best margaritas, music and food with a wide selection of meals to choose from.
BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse – This outpost of a popular chain pairs pub fare with an extensive list of house brews.
Spring Creek Barbeque – A branch of a Texas smokehouse chain offering meats and sides in a simple, friendly setting.
