Today I wanted to share with you all things Bermuda Beach, Galveston TX. Keep in mind each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. I know that there are so many to choose from in the Houston area, and I know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. WHY PEOPLE LOVE BERMUDA BEACH IN GALVESTON TX

Where is Bermuda Beach:

Bermuda Beach is located in Galveston, Texas on Galveston’s West End with properties on both the Gulf of Mexico side and the Galveston Bay side. Bermuda Beach is located 7 miles west of 61st Street and 3 miles east of Galveston Island State Park.

Why folks choose Bermuda Beach:

Bermuda Beach is one of Galveston’s many great beach neighborhoods on the west end and is nestled between Spanish Grant and Pirates’ Beach. This community is very popular being steps away from the ocean “sand to surf” with astonishing views! Bermuda Beach offers residents the best of both worlds, with a drive-on portion of the beach to the East of the neighborhood for those who prefer to drive their vehicle or golf cart and those with limited mobility most of the beach in this neighborhood is walk-on only. This community is within easy access to all the attractions that Galveston has to offer.

Amenities in Bermuda Beach:

Bermuda Beach is a beachfront community with direct access to the ocean, there is a fishing pier, and also wetlands with interesting wildlife. The fishing pier extends into Galveston Bay. Vacation rentals are permitted, with regulations limiting parking and fishing pier. Three miles away is Galveston State Park where you can swim, fish, picnic, bird watch, hike, mountain bike, paddle, camp, geocache, study nature or just relax on the beach. To golf, have a spa day, plan an event (even a wedding), explore amazing interactive attractions like floating on the lazy river or watching a 4D movie Moody Gardens is only seven miles away from Bermuda Beach.

District Rating:

B | Galveston ISD is B rated and is a public school district in Texas, established in 1884, that serves nearly 7,000 students. Its 12 Schools of Choice campuses consist of traditional and theme-based schools, charter schools, STEM programs, magnet schools, and a mega-magnet high school. The district’s mission is to Educate, Engage and Empower EACH student for a life of Excellence. Galveston ISD is proud to announce that the district has been awarded a rating of ‘A’ for ‘Superior Achievement’ regarding the quality of its financial management and reporting system. The Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) has given Galveston ISD the highest possible score of 100 for the 2020-2021 school year.

Bermuda Beach is 9 miles from Pleasure Pier, where you can enjoy attractions including rides, midway games, a wide selection of food venues and retail shops. Residents of Bermuda Beach can explore one of Galveston's historic landmarks at Bishop's Palace only 11 miles away. Also, near Bermuda Beach is Moody Gardens, Nate's Westend Seafood-Steakhouse, Way West Grill & Pizzeria, Jamaica Beach City Park, and Galveston Country Club.
