Where is Lakewood Oak Estates:

Located at the intersection of Spring Cypress and Grant Roads in the northwestern suburbs of Houston, Texas. Lakewood Oak Estates is in the north region of Cy-Fair ISD’s boundaries.

Why folks choose Lakewood Oak Estates:

This neighborhood of upscale homes is surrounded by the tall beautiful pine and oak forests of Northwest Harris County and is gated by an elegant traditional brick wall. This community features expansive homes that are reasonably priced, scenic surroundings filled with nature, community lakes, and wonderful amenities. The community has multiple parks for residents to enjoy, and is right next to a highly rated on-site elementary school. It also dates back to 1993 and has continued to develop over the years.

Amenities in Lakewood Oak Estates:

Lakewood Oaks Estates includes tennis courts, a recreational and exercise swimming pool, outdoor grilling and dining for all of their residents, a sand volleyball court, and a fun interactive play area for children. It's also home to numerous activities and organizations, from before & after school care, to aerobics classics & organized sports activities.

District Rating:

A | Cypress-Fairbanks ISD has an overall A in academics, college prep, clubs & activities, sports, diversity, administration, and teachers. Cypress-Fairbanks ISD is an independent school district with its headquarters in northwest Harris County. Cy-Fair ISD is the largest Recognized school district in the state of Texas with 75 out of 78 campuses receiving an ‘Exemplary' or ‘Recognized' rating by the Texas Education Agency in 2010. Many of the schools are A-rated, and the school district is one of the reasons many move to Cypress TX.

Very close by is a Star Cinema Grill movie theater, Walmart Super Center, Marshall's, HEB, Costco, Kroger, Chase Bank, Walgreens, HomeGoods, Olive Garden, Juanita's Mexican Restaurant, MOD Pizza, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Lupe Tortilla, and so much more. There's also Houston Premium Outlets, The Boardwalk at Towne Lake, & Vintage Park nearby.
