Where is Churchill Farms:
Located in Fulshear, right on the edge of Katy. It's close to FM 1463, and in between I-10 & Westpark Tollway.
Why folks choose Churchill Farms:
This is a 191 acre master planned community with newer homes that come in various styles & prices to meet a variety of different needs, mostly built by Beazer Homes & Taylor Morrison. The community features beautiful lakes, amazing amenities, and is in a great location. Churchill farms is a very well maintained neighborhood, with 3 distinct villages of homes, and a lakeside living vibe. It's also zoned to some very highly rated schools.

Amenities in Churchill Farms:
The amenities here include a community clubhouse, an open air pavilion, Olympic sized swimming pool, and a playground overlooking the main lake with fountains. There's also scenic walking & biking trails throughout the community that go around the lakes.
District Rating:
A+. Katy ISD rates number 15 as the “Best School Districts in Texas.” Parents and students love the schools and there are no schools in Katy ISD that have less than a B rating.
Nearby:
Located minutes away is La Centerra at Cinco Ranch, which is a huge upscale outdoor hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment, it also has a large green space where frequent events & festivals are held. Nearby is also Katy Mills Mall, Whole Foods, Walmart, Costco, Kroger, Trader Joe's, Aldi, HEB, and so much more.
