Today I wanted to share with you all things Woodtrace, Tomball TX. Keep in mind each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. I know that there are so many to choose from in the Houston area, and I know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. WHY PEOPLE LOVE WOODTRACE IN TOMBALL TX
Where is Woodtrace:
Located in The Tomball area, near Highway 249. Accessible by Woodtrace boulevard & Wright road. The community has easy access to The Woodlands area as well.
Why folks choose Woodtrace:
This is a wonderful master planned, gated community filled with beautiful trail systems and a 23 acre spring-fed lake. The community is heavily wooded & full of scenic views. Created by Friendswood Development, Wood trace offers a variety of stunning new homes by builders like Village Builders, Drees Custom Homes, and J. Patrick Homes, with plenty opportunity to build. They have amazing amenities, are in a great location, and is zoned to a highly rated school district.

Amenities in Woodtrace:
The amenities here include a recreation center with a pool, clubhouse, and five miles of wooded greenbelt trails. One of the highlights of the community amenities at Woodtrace is the Central Park, which includes a natural creek, footbridges, a nature themed playground, picnic areas, and trails. Located next to the recreation center in the heart of the community is Lake Woodtrace, a real spring-fed lake that houses a canoe/kayak launch & a fishing dock.
District Rating:
A Rated | Tomball ISD rates in an A in all sectors, from academics, to diversity, college prep and clubs/activities. I personally love it for its size and administration. Tomball ISD houses 19 schools within its district: eleven are A rated, and seven are B rated. The schools that received the highest designation schools are Creekside Forest Elementary School, Creekside Park Junior High, Decker Prairie Elementary School, Oakcrest Intermediate, Northpointe Intermediate, Tomball Intermediate, Tomball Memorial High School, Tomball Star Academy, and Willow Wood Junior High School.

Nearby:
Located nearby is an HEB, Kroger, and a Target. Some great restaurants nearby: Haras Restaurant, Lindo Acapulco Mexican Grill, Louisiana Fish House, Rollin' Local, and much more. Woodtrace is conveniently located between Magnolia & Tomball, so there's very quick access to the amenities in both of those cities.
