Hi there. There are many neighborhoods in Spring TX, but today I want to compare my favorites that are above $400k. I really think if you are considering a home in Spring that these should be your top picks to compare!
Auburn Lakes – Multiple pools & waterpark, and a fitness center. Neighborhood sits along a golf course with amazing views
Augusta Pines – 30 acres of lakes, a golf course, equestrian center, pool, tennis courts, and The Augusta Bar & Grill
Benders Landing – Neighborhood pool, tennis courts, basketball court, and a baseball field. Large lake with a dock & boat launch, and many walking trails
Champion Forest – A lot of greenery and trails thanks to its location next to Cypress PUD park
Memorial Northwest – 2 pools, water slides, splash pads, a playground, on-site and award winning elementary and middle schools, and tennis courts
Carlton Woods – Gated community with access to the luxurious amenities at The Club at Carlton Woods
Creekside Park – Multiple nature preserves & lakes, miles of trails, and home to Rob Fleming park & aquatic center
Vistas at Klein Lake – Gated community on a lake with lots of trees & green space
The Woodlands – Giant master planned community filled with multiple different neighborhoods & villages. There's endless options when it comes to natures parks & reserves, community pools & waterparks, shopping centers, and miles of scenic trails & lakes. It's also home to The Woodlands Mall, Market Street, Hughes Landing, and Waterway Square which all provide great entertainment, dining, and shopping experiences.
Woodson's Reserve – Catch and release lakes, resort style pool & splash pad, tennis courts, a fitness center, a dog park, nature trails, and some very unique & fun playgrounds
Gleannloch Farms – Multiple pools, nature trails, a dog park, tennis courts, and beautiful lakes
Windrose – 20 acre lake, 2 pools, a large playground, tennis & volleyball court, soccer field, and many scenic trails
