Today we will be comparing gated neighborhoods in the north Houston suburbs with homes under $700k. The areas and cities we focused in north Houston, include: Conroe, Spring, Klein, and Tomball.
I am going to use a spreadsheet to compare the six most popular gated neighborhoods:
• Harper's Preserve
• Lakes at Creekside
• McKenzie Park
• The Meadows at Imperial Oaks
• Vistas at Klein Lake
• Woodtrace
• Honorable mention that is not included in the spreadsheet is parts of Auburn Lakes (Estates, Reserve, and Retreat), Augusta Pines, and Gleannloch Farms, which are all located within Klein ISD.
