Earlier today I featured a lovely brand new neighborhood, and after posting, I had a lightbulb moment. And a series was born. A series of new construction neighborhoods. Today we are featuring the neighborhood Fosters Ridge. Fosters Ridge is located in Conroe, while zoning to The Woodlands Schools: Bush, McCullough, Mitchell, and The Woodlands High School.
The homes in Fosters Ridge are priced between $200s – $600s. The neighborhood boasts lots larger than a half acre, private ponds that are surrounded by nature reserves, a club house, playground/park, swimming pool, walking trails, and a 55+ gated section, Fosters Ridge Freedom, with its own recreation center, pool, and playground.

The builders constructing within Fosters Ridge include Emerald Homes/D.R. Horton. D.R. Horton offers original floor plans, energy efficient features, and gorgeous exteriors. You’ll find options that include 2 to 6 bedrooms, single, split level, 2 or even 3-story designs, multiple-car garages, and anywhere from 2 to 5 bathrooms. You can find some great starter homes or get into a luxury space.

You can go two different routes in this community. You can decide to purchase an inventory home, or you can construct one from the ground up. Building a home can take between 4 and 7 months, but an inventory home, can be moved into in 2-6 weeks.
