When you visit the Airbnb website you are presented with so many options in all different price ranges. Today I will be breaking down my favorites by “Type of place” and “Price”.
Condominium & Apartment
Waterfront Oasis near City Center & I45 (3Bed/3Ba) | $250 a night – The description of this condo isn't the best, but know that it is actually located on Lake Woodlands, with sweeping views of the lake, and it is within walking distance of the heart of The Woodlands, Town Center. Think of Town Center as the downtown of The Woodlands. This Airbnb has a 90 day minimum, so if you are looking for a furnished condo, this might be the one for you.
Modern Farmhouse Apartment: The Woodlands | $151 a night – This adorable apartment gives you easy access to the front of The Woodlands (aka Town Center, Hughes Landing, and Market Street). You also have access to the a swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness center.
⭐Stylish Woodlands Retreat⭐ | Pool, Gym + More | $94 a night – This condo is like new with beautiful furnishings an open floor plan, and amazing amenities, including a fire pit, free tanning, a game room with pool table, a dog park, and more.
Centrally Located Private Apt- 4 min to Hughes Lnd | $150 a night – This updated garage apartment has amazing lighting due to the large amount of windows in this unit. This private apartment will give you easy access to the paths that take you to all the fun things to do in The Woodlands.
Woodlands Executive Suite, Sleeps 6 | $91 a night – This apartment is perfect if you are needing to master bedrooms. In this unit, you will find 2 king sized beds. I love the swimming pool and fitness center at this property. You aren't walking distance to the bulk of The Woodlands, but at this price, it can't be beat.
Single Family Home
Newly renovated☀️The Woodlands☀️Private home ☀️ | $146 a night – This home sleeps 6 guests, and is actually on the edge of The Woodlands in Shenandoah. In this close-knit community you will have access to two parks: one large park houses a splash pad, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground and walking trail. The other park is a smaller “toddler park”.
The White Farmhouse | $185 a night – I love this remodeled home decorated like a farm house. The backyard is to die for, and you will feel at home with all the great accommodations. Here you are just minutes from the front of The Woodlands, the rooms have memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, filtered water, a washer & dryer, and a studio with a work table.
Luxury 3BR Private Home w Garage The Woodlands TX | $290 a night – This beautiful home is one of the nicest under $300 a might in The Woodlands. What I love most about this home is the garage access, the beautiful outdoor entertaining space, outdoor shared swimming pool, wine fridge, the large tv, and the fast wifi.
Lake Woodlands is our Oasis in our own back yard! | $950 a night – If you are looking for the nicest home on Airbnb, with a pool, on Lake Woodlands, then look no further. This home has it all, including sleeping accommodations for 10! The backyard features a tropical swimming pool, a diving rock, a jacuzzi, a waterfall koi pond, a firepit, a fruit garden, 2 canoes, 1 paddle board, lounge seating, a double swing, a boat, a dock for fishing, a deck, a fire pit for s'mores, a barbecue, and deck chairs.
Amazing home in the woods, w/ pool/spa, BBQ&patio! | $321 a night – This newly remodeled home has it all and comes at a great price! What I love about this home are the wood floors through-out, the privacy (no back neighbors), the pool, the hot tub, and the back up generator that is on site.
