I know that there are so many to choose from in the Houston area, and I know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. WHY PEOPLE LOVE LONDONDERRY IN SPRING TX
Where is Londonderry:
Londonderry is a subdivision located in Spring TX in Northwest Harris County off of Kuykendahl Road with easy access to the Woodlands and Tomball TX.
Why folks choose Londonderry in Spring TX:
People love this subdivision for its wide rang in architecture. The homes were built in the late 1970’s and 1980’s and then there are also sections that were built in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. Most of Londonderry is heavily wooded with towering pines and large hardwood trees. Londonderry is in a great area of Spring Texas it's right by Creekside with a Lone Star College center, H-E-B, and private school opportunities. The Grand Parkway Marketplace and The Woodlands Mall are minutes away with amazing dining and shopping options.

Amenities in Londonderry:
Londonderry has a community center with an Olympic size swimming pool, playground, tennis courts and a small pond behind the clubhouse. This is home to the Londonderry Lightning Bolt swim team. They are the 2007 C-5 Division Champions. The local park is Burroughs Park. Burroughs Park has a lush landscape, winding trails, and lakefront views at this 320-acre splendid park in Tomball. Amenities at this facility include sports fields, a seven-acre fishing lake, five playgrounds, over eight miles of nature trails, picnic areas, an observation deck and boardwalk, rest room facilities, a dog park, and an award-winning barbeque pavilion that seats over 250 people.
District Rating in Klein ISD
A-Rated | Klein ISD rates number 111 as the “Best School Districts in Texas.” out of 1,018 districts by Niche.com. They have overall A's for college prep, clubs & activities, sports, administration, and teachers. Klein ISD was named the National District of the Year at the 2021 District Administration Future of Education Technology National Conference. The prestigious award, presented by District Administration, recognizes the nation’s top district in one of nine categories that District Administration tracks. Klein ISD was eligible for this honor by being previously named as one of three Districts of Distinction by District Administration for our Innovation Challenges.
Klein Independent School District, encompassing approximately 87.5 square miles, is located in northwestern Harris County, Texas. Its southern portion is adjacent to the corporate limits of the City of Houston. Most of the District is located between Interstate Highway 45 (IH 45) on the east and State Highway 249 (SH 249) on the west. The southern boundary follows Cypress Creek for a considerable distance and a portion of the northern boundary of the District is the same as the northern boundary of Harris County. The District is currently comprised of five (5) high schools, ten (10) intermediate schools, thirty-two (32) elementary schools, one early childhood & pre-kindergarten center, one high school program of choice, and one alternative school program for a total of fifty (50) schools with more than 53,000 students.
The District provides a full range of educational services appropriate to grade levels Pre-Kindergarten (PK) through 12. These include regular and enriched academic education, special education, occupational education, and language training for those with limited English proficiency. The district offers a Spanish Bilingual program at most of the elementary schools. These basic programs are supplemented by a wide variety of offerings in the fine arts and athletics.
Klein ISD is fully accredited by the Texas Education Agency and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The Texas Education Agency provides a school and district report card known as the AEIS report.

Located nearby Londonderry is Walmart, ALDI, H-E-B, Bigotes street tacos, Fuddruckers, Cinepolis luxury cinema, the Grand Parkway Marketplace, the Woodlands Mall, Burroughs Park, Kroger, and the Rob Fleming Aquatic center.
