For this brand new series, I will be highlighting the hottest real estate markets! These are the “it” neighborhoods in the best areas of town, with all the amenities, restaurants, and community hubs, you will be sure to fall in love with. For this particular post, I am featuring: Nottingham Country.
Nottingham Country is an established neighborhood in Katy, just south of I-10, but on the edge of Houston. The neighborhood is zoned to the A-rated Katy ISD district and features homes from the $250s – $500s. The Barkers Reservoir is located south east side of the neighborhood which homes the drainage and dam flow for the greater Katy area. The neighborhood has access to Walmart, Sam's, Salata, The Katy Medical Center, The Rick Rice Park and plenty more. If you're interested in an established neighborhood, seek to be within close proximity of the energy corridor and other major employers, you desire great schools and access to dining, shopping, and work, this might make for a great option.

In the last 90 days, 30 homes have sold in Nottingham Country. The average sales price per square foot was $110. The averages sales price was $309k. The median days on market was 23. Below you can see a market analysis broken down for active, pending, and sold.
